Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by TBC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number TBC, registered office TBC, TBC, United Kingdom. Not currently VAT registered. Contact us at hello@thebigandy.com.

Your card statement and the return label on your parcel will show TBC LTD rather than the shop name.

You must be 18 or over

We only sell to adults. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and that you are of legal age to buy adult products where you live. We can refuse or cancel any order we believe breaches this.

Your order

Adding something to your bag is not a contract. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. Until then we can decline the order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund. We will not simply take the money and ship nothing.

Product descriptions

Measurements are taken from the physical cast and published on each product page. Silicone is a moulded material, so allow a small tolerance between individual pieces. Colours on screen are not a perfect match for colours in the hand.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. In particular, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you cancellation rights on distance purchases. Safe use

These are body-safe silicone products sold for personal adult use. Use them sensibly, follow the care guidance, stop if something hurts, and seek medical advice if you need it. We are not liable for injury or loss caused by use that ignores the guidance we publish. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not allow anyone to do that.

Shipping abroad

Some countries prohibit the import of adult products. It is your responsibility to know the law where you live. If customs seize a parcel because the item is not legal to import into your country, we cannot refund it.

Intellectual property

The name, the packaging, the photography and the cast itself are ours or licensed to us. Andy Lee has licensed his name, signature and likeness for use on this range. Buying a product does not give you any right to reproduce, remould or resell it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings where you live.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
