Pre-orders

The range is currently sold on pre-order. You pay now and everything dispatches from 1 October 2026. You will get an email with tracking the day yours goes out.

Your cancellation rights are not affected by paying early. You can cancel a pre-order at any point before it ships and get the full amount back, no reason needed. Once it has arrived, the usual position on sealed intimate goods applies.

The outer box

The magnetic presentation box never travels naked. It goes inside a plain corrugated outer with no branding, no product name, no slogan and no illustration. The label carries a person and an address. There is nothing on it that would make a flatmate, a neighbour or a courier curious.

The sender name

The return address uses a neutral trading name rather than the shop name. If a parcel is refused or goes missing, nothing about the way it is addressed identifies what is inside.

Your statement

Card statements show the same neutral trading name. Whoever else sees that statement learns nothing from it.

Where we ship

• United Kingdom. Tracked, and the usual next working day option at checkout.
• Europe and rest of world. Tracked. Duty and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated at checkout where we can.

A few countries restrict the import of adult products. We will not ship somewhere that would put your parcel, or you, in front of customs holding it. If your country is one of those, checkout will say so rather than take your money and hope.
