Unopened

If the product is still sealed exactly as it arrived, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to get it back to us. We refund what you paid for the item plus standard outbound postage. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Opened

Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the usual 14 day cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. Intimate products fall squarely in that category.

This is not us being difficult. It is the same reason you would not want to buy one that had already been somewhere.

Faulty

Different rule entirely, and a much better one for you. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies whether or not you have opened it.

• Within 30 days. You can reject it and get a full refund.
• Within 6 months. We will repair or replace it. If that fails, you get a refund.
• Up to 6 years. You may still have a claim if the fault was there from the start.

Send a photo and your order number and we will sort it. We will not ask you to post a faulty intimate product back to us.
