- What shows up on my bank statement?
- TBC LTD. Nothing about the shop, the range or what any of it is.
- When will I actually get it?
- The range is on pre-order and dispatches from 1 October 2026. You pay now, you get tracking the day it goes out, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
- What does the parcel look like?
- A plain corrugated outer with no branding, no product name and no illustration. The return label carries a neutral trading name, not the shop name. The presentation box is inside, untouched.
- Can I cancel after ordering?
- If it has not been dispatched, yes, email us and we will stop it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but your cancellation rights still apply once it arrives.
- Can I return it?
- Sealed and unopened, yes, within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back on hygiene grounds. Faulty is a different rule entirely and you are fully covered. The returns page sets out both.
- Do you ship to my country?
- We ship worldwide with some exceptions. A handful of countries prohibit importing adult products and we will not knowingly send a parcel into a customs seizure. Checkout will tell you rather than take your money and hope.
- Will I have to pay customs or duty?
- Inside the UK, no. Outside it, import VAT and duty are set by your country and are yours to pay. We show what we can at checkout.
- Which one should I start with?
- Girth decides whether it goes in, length only decides how deep. We publish no dimensions, because comparing against something you already own tells you far more. Read the sizing page before you pick, it takes a minute and saves a disappointment.
- Is it actually cast from him?
- Yes. Direct cast, not sculpted from photographs. That is the whole reason the range exists, and Andy is paid on every one that sells.
- How do I clean it?
- Warm water and a mild unscented soap, before and after. Never silicone lube on a silicone toy. Full detail on the care page.
